204 stainless steel wire cut shot is a high-performance metal abrasive processed from high-quality 204 stainless steel wire through precision processes such as cutting, rounding and polishing. As a cost-effective alternative to 304 stainless steel wire cut shot, 204 stainless steel, with its unique alloy ratio (containing 16-18% chromium, 1-3% nickel and 5-7% manganese), has good wear resistance, basic corrosion resistance and economy, making it the preferred consumable in the mid-end surface treatment field.
Its production process strictly follows precision processing standards and refers to relevant industry specifications. First, qualified 204 stainless steel wire (containing chromium-manganese alloy, balancing hardness and basic corrosion resistance) is selected, accurately cut into uniform short wires, then deburred and polished smoothly by professional rounding equipment, and finally polished to ensure uniform particle size, smooth surface and no sharp edges.
