Product Introduction
Copper shot is a high-performance metal abrasive made from high-quality pure copper or copper alloy (such as brass, red copper) through precision processes such as melting, atomization, rounding and polishing. It is characterized by fine texture, smooth surface, excellent electrical conductivity, good toughness and non-magnetism, integrating cleaning, polishing, strengthening and conductive pretreatment functions. It is widely used in mid-to-high-end surface treatment fields that require high surface precision and electrical conductivity.
Its production process strictly follows precision processing standards. High-purity copper raw materials are selected, melted at high temperature to form copper liquid, then atomized into small spherical particles by high pressure, and then subjected to professional rounding and polishing treatments to remove burrs and polish smoothly, ensuring uniform particle size, high sphericity and no defects on the surface. The particle size of copper shot can be customized according to actual application needs, with a common range of 0.1mm to 2.5mm, suitable for surface treatment requirements of different scenarios. It is not easy to powder or oxidize during use and can be recycled repeatedly, in line with the modern green production concept.
The application scenarios of copper shot focus on high-precision and high-demand surface treatment, mainly used for surface polishing, deburring, cleaning, and conductive pretreatment of electronic components, precision instruments, hardware products, auto parts, aerospace components, and other products. In the electronics industry, it can be used for surface cleaning and polishing of precision electronic components such as circuit boards and connectors, which can not only remove surface oxide layers, oil stains, and impurities but also ensure that the electrical conductivity of the components is not affected. In the precision machinery and aerospace industries, it is used for surface strengthening and polishing of high-end components, which can improve the surface finish and wear resistance of workpieces while avoiding scratching the workpiece surface. In the hardware decoration industry, it is used for polishing copper products and precious metal products, which can present a bright and delicate surface texture and increase product added value.
Compared with zinc cut shot and steel abrasives, copper shot has unique advantages: first, it has fine texture and smooth surface, with excellent polishing effect, especially suitable for workpieces with high surface precision requirements; second, it has excellent electrical conductivity, which can be used for surface treatment of conductive components without affecting the electrical conductivity of the workpieces; third, it has good toughness and non-magnetism, not easy to break during use, suitable for processing needs of precision scenarios; fourth, it is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, does not contain harmful substances, and the copper oxide produced after oxidation can be recycled, meeting the requirements of environmental protection production; fifth, it has better corrosion resistance than ordinary steel abrasives, suitable for humid and mild acid-base environments, with a longer service life.
