Zinc cut shot is an environmentally friendly metal abrasive made from high-quality pure zinc or zinc alloy through precision processes such as cutting, rounding and polishing. It is characterized by uniform texture, smooth surface, moderate toughness and no pollution, integrating cleaning, strengthening and anti-corrosion pretreatment functions. It is widely used in mid-to-low-end surface treatment fields that require little damage to the workpiece surface and high environmental protection requirements.
Its production process strictly follows environmental protection standards. High-purity zinc raw materials are selected, accurately cut into uniform short wires, then deburred and polished smoothly by professional rounding equipment, and finally polished to ensure uniform particle size, no sharp edges and clean surface. The particle size of zinc cut shot can be customized according to actual application needs, with a common range of 0.1mm to 2.0mm, suitable for surface treatment requirements of different scenarios. It is not easy to powder during use and can be recycled, in line with the modern green production concept.
